Last week, whilst reading an article on BBC Website about a British guy ordering a Pizza that doesn’t exist, the article mentioned the famous Esposito Pizza.
The writer talks about asking for a Marinara Pizza with cheese, which doesn’t exists.
It would be like ordering a black coffee with milk.
We have a lot to learn about cultures and the Pizza is very much part of the Italian culture, after all it was invented by Italians, in Italy, not New York as maybe some of our American friends would have us believe.
Probably the most famous pizza of all, The Margherita Pizza, was created by Raffaele Esposito for the visit of Queen Margherita to Naples back in 1889.
Maybe that explains my love of Pizza?
