Oh yes, i have done it!
Part of my #55Alive challenge is to encourage others to be more active, both physically and mentally.
For me, my challenge was to make me more mentally active by blogging everyday.
It started 31st May and it is now 3rd September. Over 90 consecutive days to keep my mind more active. If i can do it, you can too.
How would you want to keep your mind more active?
