One Sunday evening I saw a post on Facebook from Ed James asking everyone how was your weekend?
I couldn’t fit all my activities with a short/funny reply, so here is a post for you and Ed to read.
Friday evening, pick up kids and head to 20 Fenchurch Street, aka Walkie talkie. Have a look around the top floor and listen to the band there.
Saturday morning, watch about 30mins of Trooping of the colour on TV and then head over to Excel Arena.
From there went back to Westminster to get some pictures of Horse Guards parade after trooping of colour had finished. On our way out of Tube, we were greeted with naked cyclists on a demonstration.
WARNING, video does include naked men and women.
We then had a walk along Horse Guards Parade and The Mall.
Got back to our room, freshened up and decided on spur of moment to go and watch the film Jurassic World. Bloodtastically good!
Followed movie with a pizza for three of us at Pizza Hut.
Sunday morning out by mid-day and then for a lunch at All Bar one, head over to Paddington Basin for a Starbucks.
Drop kids off at Paddington and then I head off and walk to Knightsbridge Roof Gardens. fabulous place and worth a visit.
Then I walked back to Victoria via Knightsbridge and Royal Albert Hall.
Now ready for another Monday!
