If you have been following my blog, you will be aware of my #55Alive challenge and a mission to help others be more active.
It all started as an idea for me coming up to my 55th birthday and have various challenges over the next 5 years to inspire others to be more active.
The 55 a day is something very simple. Being active for 55 minutes a day, whether its walking, running, cycling, swimming. You choose.
For me i have been doing my 55 a day for over 2 years.
It all started on 5th July 2013, when i bought my first Fitbit and have been having a target to complete 10,000 steps a day, everyday. To complete those amount of steps by walking, takes me about 55 minutes. Simples.
