101 things we can do to be more active – Part 2

Having asked the question the other day on Facebook and twitter, what things can we do to be more active physically or mentally, here is initial response, in no specific order:

  1. Walk or cycle to places less than a mile away
  2. Chasamba – a form of dance fitness class
  3. Get off bus a stop earlier and walk to your destination
  4. Just dance
  5. Kung Fu
  6. Running up the stairs on all fours
  7. Juggling a can of beans
  8. Dancing in the kitchen
  9. Play rugby
  10. Make time to read a book say 20 minutes a day
  11. Yoga
