1 Billion. That’s a BIG number isn’t it?
You may of heard the phrase, how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time!
As today is the last day of 2017, i thought i would look at my Garmin running stats and i completed over 12,000 minutes of running. I never set a goal or target, i just went out and ran when i could.
Now if i wanted to run for 1 billion minutes, it may take me a few years!
But if we work as a team (T.E.A.M. together, everyone, achieves, more), how long before we, as a team, achieve 1 billion minutes?
For 2018, many of us will set New Year resolutions, have goals and dreams we want to achieve.
I only have one goal in life, to be happy. And if by me being happy, it makes other people happy, then great!
It is a well know fact, that being active is good for our well being. Not just physically active, but also mentally active.
Below is a short VLOG about what i want you all to join in with and hopefully this will encourage others to join in too and be more active.
If you use Social Media, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc just use the hash tag #1BnAM and i’m sure someone smart will find a way of collating all the times we run or are active.
I have to stress, this is a challenge not just for running and can include walking, golf, or any sport or pastime that gets the body or mind active.
